ADAM (Advanced DPM Analysis Mechanism) is a DPM-centric validation and analysis platform for EBA supervisory reporting. It validates XBRL-XML and XBRL-CSV instance data against the official EBA Data Point Model (DPM), including structural, dimensional, and semantic validation rules derived from EBA ITS frameworks.

Unlike generic XBRL validators that focus on taxonomy and XBRL Formula execution, ADAM operates directly on the DPM metadata and validation logic, supporting deep data quality checks, cross-template consistency, and release-to-release analysis across DPM 1.0 and DPM 2.0. ADAM is available as a library, API, and interactive analysis tool for integration into professional reporting pipelines.

VTL stands for Validation and Transformation Language, a standard maintained by the SDMX group.
